The paper is in double column and is similar to most IET or IEEE journal format.  Kindly adhere to the following when preparing your paper:

1. Only on-line submission will be accepted.
2. The presentation papers should strictly follow our paper format as outline in the paper guidelines.
3. Our normal processing time is around 8 weeks.  Once we have received your paper, an acknowledgement will be sent to your email address with your assigned Paper Number.
4. For ease of communication, please type your Paper Number in the subject heading in all correspondences.
5. There is no charge if kept within 6 pages. An additional fee of HK$100 will be incurred after the free 6-page limit.
6. Our preferred software format is Microsoft Word®.  This will allow us to make minor typeset modifications if necessary by our editorial team.
7. Electronic files of the papers should be submitted via email directly to our Editorial Committee eeapej@polyu.edu.hk
8. Once we have accepted your manuscript, we’ll need the corresponding author(s) to grant us the copyright to use the manuscript in the journal.   The Copyright Form can be found in the [Download] section of this website.
